laju44 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to laju44. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and laju44 ("laju44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://laju44.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the laju44 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations from which the Platform may be lawfully accessed. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the laju44 Platform, enabling access to games, transactions, and all related services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit allocated to a Player's Account pursuant to a bonus, promotion, or incentive offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any interactive betting or gaming product available on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, poker, bingo, and instant win games.
• "Platform" means the laju44 website at https://laju44.cam, including all pages, features, game integrations, payment processing interfaces, and customer support tools.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful or restricted under applicable local legislation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required of Players to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and platform security standards.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia and the default currency of the laju44 Platform.

To be eligible to register for and maintain an Account on the laju44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement with no exceptions. Creating an account while under 21 constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are registering and using the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You do not reside in, access the Platform from, or represent a person or entity in any Prohibited Territory where the use of online gaming services is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of laju44, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or permanently closed by laju44 for any reason related to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misconduct.
• You hold a single Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited regardless of the name, payment method, or device used to register.
• You have full legal capacity and are not under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.

All information provided during the account registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to notify laju44 promptly of any changes to your personal information.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide a valid and active email address, a unique username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. laju44 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify laju44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. laju44 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 KYC Verification

laju44 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or where required by our compliance procedures, you may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Your access to and use of the laju44 Platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to strict compliance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Involves the use of automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any form of artificial intelligence or software to interact with the Platform, participate in games, or exploit promotional offers;
• Misrepresents your identity, age, location, or any other material information;
• Disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance, security, or integrity of the Platform or any connected systems;
• Constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable Malaysian or international law.

laju44 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any feature, game, or service on the Platform at any time and without prior notice.

6.1 Deposits

laju44 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. laju44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be voided and the funds returned to the original remitter.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method but laju44 targets a benchmark of under 5 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network conditions. laju44 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to any withdrawal request it deems unusual or high-risk.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the laju44 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the Player explicitly selects a supported cryptocurrency option. laju44 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player's bank or payment provider.

laju44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and migration incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. New account registrations may be required for welcome bonus eligibility.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirement multipliers are stated on a per-promotion basis (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x of the bonus amount).
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method.
• laju44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Evidence of abuse, exploitation, or multi-accounting in connection with any bonus will result in voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• All bonus amounts are denominated in MYR. The minimum deposit to qualify for a bonus is RM50 unless stated otherwise.

All bets placed on the laju44 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, or otherwise. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept the relevant game rules.

laju44 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where:

• A bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement;
• There is evidence of a technical error in the odds, game configuration, or payout table;
• A game result was determined to be invalid by the relevant game provider;
• There is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or integrity concerns relating to any sporting event on which bets were placed.

Bets on sports markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other available markets — are further subject to any sport-specific trading rules published on the Platform. laju44 follows industry-standard practices for in-play market suspension and result verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the laju44 Platform. Breach of any of the below provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different names or identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, or macro to interact with the Platform or Games;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live dealer games;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or the use of the Platform for any activity connected to proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform or any connected systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing laju44 staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

laju44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• The Player's KYC verification has failed or cannot be completed satisfactorily;
• The Player has submitted a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gambling procedures;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to laju44.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, laju44 may at its discretion withhold and void any balance derived from bonus funds, suspicious activity, or wagering patterns indicative of abuse. Real-money balances will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC verification and confirmation that no prohibited conduct has occurred.

laju44 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a defined duration of gameplay has been exceeded;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the time elapsed and net outcome of your current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible during the exclusion period;
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break option that suspends access to your Account for a defined period without permanent closure.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, and audiovisual material forming part of the laju44 Platform are the exclusive property of laju44 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content in any medium without the prior written consent of laju44.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laju44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Games;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data;
• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party system failures beyond laju44's reasonable control;
• Any decision made by you on the basis of information or content provided on the Platform;
• Any loss of winnings or wagered funds resulting from account suspension for breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits laju44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

laju44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, laju44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction in which laju44 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and laju44, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through laju44's internal complaints procedure, accessible via the customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached internally within 30 days of the complaint being logged, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
